In maths we have been continuing to explore multiplication by doubling numbers up to 20, and making equal groups using familiar objects. Next week, we look forward to learning how to share objects into equal groups – the first tentative steps towards formal division!
The class are all so excited about our Space topic, and we have loved the books that some of the children have brought in to share, thank you! It is lovely to hear that so many of the children have aspirations to be astronauts – they are going to love our book focus next week, Look Up about a young girl who shares this dream.
