We are fortunate enough to have two separate but nearby sites for our Pre-Prep and Prep schools, which allows us to cater for the specific requirements of the two different age groups.
Hampton Pre-Prep School
The Pre-Prep accepts boys and girls from 3 years to 7 years and is situated on Wensleydale Road in an attractive period building which is homely and inviting. The children enjoy playing in our well equipped playground and in the spacious, lawned garden.
Hampton Prep School
Hampton Prep is in a stunning new state-of-the-art building located off Gloucester Road. The building has many environmentally friendly features including a ‘living roof’ and ground source heat pumps which help keep the building warm in the winter and cool during the summer months. Outdoor space includes grass playing fields, an all-weather games area, and ‘the allotment corner’ with raised beds for growing flowers and vegetables, and a potting shed.
Inside, the design is light and spacious. Inside there are eight classrooms, a purpose-built art room, a new STEM room (‘The Engine Room’), library, two music rooms, and an attractive, spacious hall which offers a wonderful space for children’s performances.
Other Facilities
Pupils at Hampton Pre-Prep & Prep School also benefit from the extensive facilities at the nearby senior school; these include 27 acres of sports fields and a professional-standard performance venue, The Hammond Theatre.
