Visiting Hampton Pre-Prep & Prep is an important step in deciding whether it is the right school for your child. We run a full programme of visitor events throughout the year and would be delighted to meet you!
Headmaster’s PREP Tours
We will be hosting a number of Headmaster’s Tours during the summer term. Our tour afternoons will take place at the Prep School (Years 3 to 6) and will begin with a talk from the Headmaster, followed by a Q&A session with a small group of Year 5 and 6 boys. Visitors will then have the opportunity to enjoy a tour of the Prep School led by our Headmaster and our Registrar.
The tours will take place at 2pm on the following days:
- Thursday 22 May 2025
- Tuesday 10 June 2025

Headmaster’s Tours – Summer Term
Headmaster’s Pre-PREP Tours
We will also be hosting a number of Headmaster’s Tours of the Pre-Prep School. Our tour afternoons at the Pre-Prep School (Kindergarten to Year 2) begin with a welcome from the Headmaster, followed by the opportunity to enjoy a tour of the newly refurbished Pre-Prep School led by both our Headmaster and our Registrar.
During the summer term, tours will take place at 2pm on the following days:

Headmaster’s Tours Pre-Prep School – Summer Term
Open Events – Autumn 2025
This autumn we are hosting our Open Morning on Saturday 27 September 2025. Parents interested in any entry point are welcome to attend this event however it is a particularly good opportunity for parents who are considering Hampton Prep for their son for Year 3 from September 2026. The morning will have three different sessions running for parents to book onto: one to see the Pre-Prep site and two options to see the Prep site.
Option 1: 9.00 – 10.00am Pre-Prep Tour (Wensleydale Road)
Option 2: 9.00 – 10.00am Prep Tour (Gloucester Road)
Option 3: 10.30 – 11.30am Prep Tour (Gloucester Road)
During each session there will a talk from our Senior Team followed by tours. There will be staff and pupils onsite who you can speak to and lots of fun activities running which your children can take part in if they wish.
Those families wishing to visit both our sites (Pre-Prep and Prep) will need to make two bookings – one for Option 1 and one for Option 3.
