We have been learning the digraphs sh, ch and th, listening carefully for words containing these sounds. In mathematics, we have been counting bricks, counting one more and one less. We have been using our number lines to form numbers correctly and to find missing numbers.
We have had a very creative week; the classroom is a very glittery place to be! We have painted a Father Christmas each and enjoyed making ourselves with an ‘Elf Yourself!’ craft activity. We have been busy making our classroom Christmassy and have enjoyed exploring Santa’s Workshop and Christmas play dough immensely.
