The Bulletin – Edition 5

This week in our assemblies in the Prep, alongside Mrs Murphy in the Pre-Prep, we continued exploring how influential and disruptive all sorts of excellent individuals are or had been, under the aegis of ‘Black History Month’. I talked about Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Miss Bee talked about Florence Price (and got us all dancing – it was an awesome start to our Wednesday!) and this morning the boys in 5J referenced Wangari Maathai. No more clues from me about these remarkable people’s lives. Do please ask your boys what they remember of those we highlighted!
