Graham’s sessions on Wednesday were the greatest of fun – his series, Time Travelling, proved to be a real hit with the children here. He was wowed with their knowledge of the Jurassic period but he also complimented them on their exemplary behaviour – as you would imagine music to my ears!
Finally, the children just loved opening up their letters from you at home too – thank you so much for supporting our World Book Day events so wholeheartedly.
The recipient of the Courtesy Cup and Badge was Konark (Year 2) for his lovely manners towards our school visitor, Graham Jones, this week. Well done!
and Stars of the Week went to the following children:
Year 2: Harry for his excellent participation during our workshops with Graham Jones this week.
Year 1: Ahana for always pushing herself to achieve her very best. Keep up the brilliant work!
Reception: Arthur for always working so hard with his reading, sight words and independent writing.
Very well done to Selim (Year 1) for his football medal, received due to his excellent skills during a recent match at his football club. Jack (Year 2) was also congratulated for his excellent efforts at his rugby club and he received a trophy in recognition of this – well done!
