As the excitement builds to Christmas, we anticipate a very busy time here in school and, on that note, must highlight the fact that the normal timetable changes somewhat in order fit in rehearsals here at Pre-Prep but also at the James Hall over the next two weeks; this in addition to all the usual festive fun that goes hand in hand with this time of year!  Hearing individual readers will be less frequent as a result of the changes but so too will other aspects of the curriculum, for example, Thursday games sessions will be impacted from next week onwards.

This week the Courtesy Cup and Badge went to Felix (Reception) for offering Mrs O’Brien a chair so she wouldn’t get a sore back. How very kind!

and Stars of the Week were awarded to:

Year 2:  Murtaza for his expertly crafted sentences, packed full of interesting adjectives and adverbs.

Year 1: Thomas for excellent maths work this week – on fact families – amazing!

Reception:  Varun for his fantastic contribution to our topic work about endangered animals.
