Year 6 welcomed senior pupils from Hampton School for an engaging session focused on building positive relationships and preparing for the transition to senior school.

Together, they explored how to build strong friendships, challenge stereotypes and understand the impact spreading kindness. Through open discussion, pupils were encouraged to share their thoughts, ask questions and reflect on the part they each play in creating a respectful and inclusive community.

To round off the session, the senior pupils split into small groups for an open Q&A, where no question was too silly. From friendships and fitting in to life at senior school, Year 6 had the opportunity to ask anything they wanted in a relaxed, supportive environment with pupils who once made the same journey.
