During Anti-Bullying Week, we have been discussing how to show kindness to others. We talked about different ways to be kind, like smiling at others and offering them our help. The children came up with wonderful ideas about how we can be kind to our friends and family. We also met a new dinosaur friend, Kindosaurus, who reminds us, “I am kind to everyone” and “I am kind with my hands and my words.” The children have been working hard to follow Kindosaurus’ advice! We continue to focus on listening the first time.

This week, we also had our first Dough Disco! Using playdough, we practised movements like pinching, splatting, rolling, and ball-making, all in time to music. This fun activity helps us strengthen our hand muscles.

Important Reminder: Please ensure your child has a full set of spare clothes at school, which do not need to be uniform. If your child has borrowed spare clothes from school, we kindly ask that they are washed and returned.

Next week, we’ll be continuing to dive into the story of The Gingerbread Man!
