It has been a very busy period for the maths department, with the final results coming in from the Primary Maths Challenge as well as a Year 5 team heading over to Epsom College for their annual competition. In what was undeniably a trickier bonus round paper than previously seen, Hampton Prep again gave a great showing, achieving two gold badges through Batu and Cullan.
With only five schools (out of five hundred) earning more gold badges, it shows just how impressive an achievement it is, well done to those two boys. The Year 5 team of Cullan, Ronak, Rishaan and Avyan represented the school wonderfully at a fun and taxing Epsom maths contest, coming away third out of fourteen schools. Congratulations to those boys for being selected and for doing so well.
