The U10s hosted St Benedict’s on Monday and recorded some very comprehensive victories at all levels. The U9s have had a busy week, playing Newland House on Tuesday, the U9As were at Epsom College today for a tournament and the BCD teams faced St Benedict’s. The U9As proved their strength at Epsom, winning 2 out of 3 of their group games; the game they lost was only by a single run. This was unlucky and we went onto comprehensively win the third place playoff and certainly looked the strongest team there. Well done to them. Back at home against St Benedict’s the B,C and D team won their fixtures. The U10 and U11 As are in action tomorrow against Newland House at 9am, do come and spectate.

Finally, congratulations to Alex in Year 5. He has been awarded the ‘Victor Ludorum’ award for being fastest U10 boy swimmer in his swimming club. He has also been selected to swim in the National Junior Swim League round 1 which took place a few weeks ago and the team came third. He and his team will go on to compete round 2 and 3 in the next couple of weeks to hopefully secure a spot in the national finals later this year.
