The annual Hampton Prep Rugby Festival on Wednesday afternoon for our u10A took place in excellent playing conditions. The group stages were well contested, with the A side running in a stellar sixteen tries without conceding over the course of their three matches and the B side (the only one in the festival) winning one and competing admirably in all.

In the final match ups, the Hampton Prep B team drew 1-1 in a well-fought encounter against St. Benedict’s, and the A side came up against King’s Wimbledon in the 1st vs 1st match, running out 5-3 victors. It was a deserved culmination for a magnificent showing by the group, who played disciplined and mature rugby throughout. The squad stood out for their decision making and dynamism, with many of the opposing coaches referencing our team across the day.
