They opened with a superb 5–2 win against Tower House, thanks to a hat‑trick from Jazz and an outrageous moment of skill from Jack, who collected a dropped ball, passed it under his legs and fired it 10 metres into Stefan’s hands for a brilliant finish out wide.

The next game, against TPS, was a cagier affair. Despite being the better side for long periods, the boys were unable to convert pressure into points and the match ended 1–1.

The final group game brought another step up in intensity as the boys faced Newland House—this time without Jazz, who was resting a hand injury. They fell behind early but refused to let their heads drop. Against much bigger opposition, they stuck to their game plan and worked patiently up the pitch, coming agonisingly close to scoring before Newland counter‑attacked late to secure a second try. It was a spirited performance against the strongest team at the festival.

In their final match against Claremont Fan Court, the boys once again showed determination and resilience, applying the same mindset and this time earning a deserved win. The team embodied teamwork throughout the afternoon and left the festival rightly proud of their performances. Jack and Barnes were awarded Player of the Team certificates for their efforts.
