When play restarted, the boys certainly lifted their game. There was passion, skill and tremendous teamwork on display across all age groups, with committed tackling, powerful running and determined support play evident throughout. As the matches accumulated, York and Tudor were neck‑and‑neck on games won, but it was Tudor who accrued the most points overall and lifted the House Rugby Cup. Well done to them!

As is tradition in the term’s final assembly, we also awarded the Team of the Term. The number of contenders from each year group this time spoke volumes about the boys’ progress and spirit, from the U11As’ fantastic teamwork and resilience to the U10Cs’ joy and energy in every performance. This term, however, the accolade went to the U10Bs, whose excellent record and consistency made them worthy winners. Congratulations to them.

Finally, I wish you all a very happy Easter break.
