The U8s played away. The D and C teams recorded respectable 1-1 draws and the Bs stormed to a 7-0 win. The As lacked a little of their usual spark and lost 2-0.

The U10s hosted and recorded some strong wins across the board against a weaker Surbiton year group. The As impressed with a mature possession-based performance and the Bs set out to match their U8 buddies by also scoring 7. The Cs and Ds both won 4-1, which was great to see.

Surrey County Cricket have also been announcing their performance squads this week and it was excellent to hear from the parents of boys in Years 5 and 6 who were selected. Well done to those who applied and congratulations to Thomas D, Ronak B, Cullan D and Ed J who I know have been successful.
