We are thrilled to share the announcement of our summer term School Councils. The school council plays a vital role within our community, offering children a meaningful opportunity to have their voices heard and to take an active role in shaping school life. Through the council, pupils learn the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and communication, as well as gaining valuable experience in representing the views and ideas of their peers.

We have already seen a tremendous effort from our school councillors throughout the year, and we are confident that our newly elected representatives will continue this sterling work. We look forward to seeing the positive contributions they will undoubtedly make over the coming term, under the guidance of Miss Thompson this term.

Our new school councillors are as follows:

Reception: Arnav and Arjun

Year 1: Taksh and Finlay

Year 2: Lucas and Varun

Congratulations to all our new councillors – we are very proud of you and cannot wait to see the wonderful ideas and initiatives you bring to life!

We were treated to a wonderful class assembly today by Reception – Miss Johnston shares more information in her piece below.

This week’s recipient of the Courtesy Cup and Badge: Oscar S (Year 2) for greeting his teachers so politely each morning, and for being kind and considerate to his friends.  Well done, Oscar!
