Pre-Prep Sports Day was a celebration of energy and sporting achievement, with pupils showcasing the fundamental movement skills they have been developing throughout the year.

On a sunny morning, the boys and girls took to the track and field with enthusiasm and confidence, competing in a range of events. From the fast-paced competitive sprint races to the nerve-testing egg and spoon races and the laughter-filled sack races.

The dynamic skills race challenged pupils to jump hurdles, weave through obstacles, throw with accuracy and balance carefully along a bench. The event perfectly demonstrated the agility, coordination and resilience that the children have worked hard to develop during their time in Pre-Prep.

Reflecting on the event, Head of Pre-Prep, Mrs Murphy said:

I think you will agree that the children were all superstars, running their races with tremendous energy and commitment.
