In mathematics, we have been learning our number bonds to 10; these are pairs of numbers that add up to make another specific number. Knowledge of number bonds is essential when it comes to harder calculations involving adding and subtraction. We also enjoyed looking at 3D shapes and their properties.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our tech-free story book afternoons each day, making clay Gruffalos and printing rainbow fish with celery. In school, we made collaboratively a large rainbow fish tissue paper collage.
