In Maths, we have been focusing on counting in 2s, 5s, and 10s, as well as learning about equal grouping. This has been a strong area for Year 1, and the children have done very well in their learning, showing confidence and growing understanding.
In English, we have been becoming alliteration experts! The children have had great fun creating their own alliterative sentences and experimenting with playful and imaginative language.
Overall, it has been a fantastic first week back, and we are looking forward to a great term ahead.
