In Maths, we have been learning about measurement – comparing and ordering by height and length, and using non-standard measures to measure various classroom objects.
In Science, we were so excited to test materials for their waterproof qualities, in order to choose the best material to make an umbrella for Snowy and Peggy. We spoke about making sure it was a fair test and the best way to record our results.
The boys have worked really hard during their first half term – we have been very impressed with how they have settled into Year 1, and we wish you all a relaxing and healthy half term break.
