In Maths we have been learning about positional language including left, right, whole, half and quarter turns. We have completed lots of practical activities and even took our Maths learning into our PE lesson where we played ‘find the treasure.’ The boys had to place ‘the treasure’ somewhere in the playground and then direct their partner using the correct positional language to find it.
In our Science lesson, the children enjoyed looking at the variety of pets we have in our class and we learnt about the different ways we care for our pets to keep them happy and healthy. We then designed a poster informing people of the best way to look after our chosen pet.
