As the weather improves, we switch to Cricket in the summer term, and games sessions focus on teaching the fine motor skills needed for such a sport.
During a packed term of activities, there is still time for our usual comprehensive set of fixtures, and the U11As fly out to Guernsey on a return tour where they play Elizabeth College Junior School, as well as the island’s representative side.
Fixtures and practice sessions are tailored to the ability of the boys, and throughout the term we will see ‘kwik cricket’, hardball pairs fixtures and the more traditional 11-a-side, hardball, 20/20 games.
